Responsibilities: • Responsible for reviewing orders and properly allocate stock from the global inventory for all products sourced • Work with CSR’s in establishing accurate required dates and maintain various dates in SAP • Manages and maintains summary details • Enter and maintain data in SAP and generate various reports as needed • Assist various departments in problem resolution and research of inventory related issues • Establishes and maintains stock levels for material sourced • Review of MRP messages generated in SAP • Provide strong customer support and build positive relationships to enhance business opportunities with both internal and external customers • Oversees annual cycle counts and works with warehouse supervisor to achieve accurate inventories and meet annual cycle count objectives |

Qualifications: • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment • Strong computer skills–Word, Excel are necessary • Experience in Inventory Control or Materials Management with practical work experience preferred • Operations or Supply Chain experience preferred • Strong communication skills are a must have with the ability to interact with both internal and external customers • Must be detailed orientated and have a high level of accuracy, as they will be updated and maintaining various key components of the system • Ability to work in a fast paced environment • Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
